How To Take Your Supplements & Maximize Their Effectiveness!
Are you unclear or not sure exactly how to take your supplements? Many people
have this dilemma and I’m here to help you out!!
There are certain times during the day in which consuming your supplements
will make them twice as effective. There are also times when you really
shouldn’t take some products and possibly confuse your body. Supplement timing
is VERY important because this could make a substantial difference towards
achieving your goals.
The following is a list of products that I highly recommend and use on a
daily basis. Below each category I’ll tell you exactly how & when to take the
product. By properly consuming your supplements, you’ll get more out of them and
see better physical progress. It’s all about getting MASSIVE RESULTS! Lets get
you started!
QUALITY MULTI-VITAMIN/MINERAL
Take one to two tablets with food in the morning or with your first
meal. Also take one to two tablet with your last meal.
HIGH QUALITY PROTEIN POWDER
*A fast acting protein is the best way to quickly restore amino acids
inside of muscle tissue to speed up the recovery process. The faster you
recover, the faster you gain muscle!
Take in between meals when protein is needed.
**MOST importantly, take 50-80 grams 30-60 minutes after your
workouts. This gives your body time to calm down and process the protein
into amino acids thereby repairing and rebuilding muscle tissue. If you
don’t eat a protein meal before bed, then this is also an excellent time to
take needed protein (while you sleep).
ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS (EFA’S)
*Essential fats are essential for gains in lean muscle mass. Good fats
create the proper environment for anabolic hormones and keep your joints
healthy. Take a.m. and p.m. with meals.
Take with food 2-3 times daily.
CREATINE
*Cr2 is a creatine that requires no loading, cycling and does not create
bloat or water retention. Cr2 will give you excellent gains in strength and
muscle mass.

will degrade and be useless to you. Consume creatine as soon as you’re done

GLUTAMINE

*The most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. Glutamine has been shown to
increase recovery and increase muscle cell volume. Take 5-10 grams before
and after your workouts.

It’s best to take glutamine frequently throughout the day. 4-5 grams

(morning, noon, and night).
